Przedmiotem zamówienia jest na wykonanie usług ocen stanu technicznego i stanu bezpieczeństwa budowli hydrotechnicznych na terenie ZZ w Kole i ZZ w Kaliszu (Ustawa Prawo wodne z dnia 20 lipca 2017 r.) wraz z wykonaniem kontroli i protokołów z kontroli okresowych stanu technicznego i przydatności do użytkowania budowli hydrotechnicznych ( budowli piętrzących-jazy, zastawki, przepusty z piętrzeniem, wały przeciwpowodziowe),zbiorników i przepompowni zgodnie z art. 62 ust.1 pkt. 2 (okresowa kontrola pięcioletnia) obejmujących swoim zakresem sprawdzenie stanu technicznego wynikające z art. 62 ust.1 pkt.1 (kontrola okresowa roczna) ustawy Prawo budowlane z dnia 7 lipca 1994 r.; Zamówienie obejmuje 4 części.
