Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa nowego autobusu szkolnego do przewozu dzieci i młodzieży szkolnej z terenu Gminy Brójce. Pojazd powinien posiadać specjalną homologację i spełniać warunki przewozu osób zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami prawa. Pojazd musi być nowy, posiadać wszystkie niezbędne zgodne z prawem dokumenty do dokonania rejestracji pojazdu na terytorium Polski. 2. Wymagania ogólne, umocowania prawne: 2.1. Rok produkcji autobusu - 2026 r., samochód musi być fabrycznie nowy, wolny od wad konstrukcyjnych, materiałowych i wykonawczych, sprawny technicznie, gotowy do eksploatacji i wolny od wad prawnych. 2.2. Przebieg pojazdu - niezbędny do sprowadzenia pojazdu od producenta do autoryzowanego dostawcy; 2.3. Kolor pomarańczowy (malowanie fabryczne). Dopuszcza się rozwiązanie w postaci oklejenia zewnętrznych elementów lakierowanych nadwozia fabrycznie nową, odporną na czynniki atmosferyczne i promieniowanie UV folią w kolorze pomarańczowym, na które Wykonawca udzieli gwarancji, 2.4. Spełnia wymagania dot. autobusu szkolnego, określone w szczególności w § 22 rozporządzenia Ministra Infrastruktury z dnia 31 grudnia 2002 r. w sprawie warunków technicznych pojazdów oraz zakresu ich niezbędnego wyposażenia. 3. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera rozdział V.
