Dostawa łącznie 12 fabrycznie nowych, niskopodłogowych autobusów komunikacji miejskiej klasy maxi z napędem elektrycznym wraz z niezbędnym wyposażeniem: 9 autobusów w ramach projektu „Modernizacja i rozwój komunikacji miejskiej w Pabianicach - etap II” oraz 3 autobusów w ramach projektu „Modernizacja i rozwój komunikacji miejskiej w Pabianicach - etap III”. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera załącznik nr 1 do SWZ, a sposób realizacji określa projekt umowy - załącznik nr 2a do SWZ. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: 1) dostawa 9 (dziewięciu) sztuk autobusów komunikacji miejskiej klasy maxi z napędem elektrycznym wraz z niezbędnym wyposażeniem, w ramach projektu „Modernizacja i rozwój komunikacji miejskiej w Pabianicach - etap II” (dalej: etap II), 2) dostawa 3 (trzech) sztuk autobusów komunikacji miejskiej klasy maxi z napędem elektrycznym wraz z niezbędnym wyposażeniem, w ramach projektu „Modernizacja i rozwój komunikacji miejskiej w Pabianicach - etap III” (dalej: etap III).
