Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa materiałów promocyjnych z nadrukiem „Zasmakuj w Małopolsce” tj. fartuchy, komplety rękawic kuchennych, ściereczki kuchenne, torby płócienne oraz pojemniki na lunch. 2. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia jest podany w załączniku nr 1 do umowy. 3. Warunki realizacji zamówienia zawarte są w projektowanych postanowieniach umowy w sprawie zamówienia publicznego, które zostaną wprowadzone do umowy w sprawie zamówienia publicznego - wzorze umowy i stanowią załącznik nr 1C do swz (zwane są dalej wzorem umowy). 4. W przypadku gdy opis przedmiotu zamówienia odnosi się do norm należy je traktować jedynie jako pomoc w opisie przedmiotu zamówienia. W każdym przypadku dopuszczalne są normy równoważne. Zamawiający nie odrzuci oferty tylko dlatego, że oferowane dostawy nie są zgodne z normami, do których opis przedmiotu zamówienia się odnosi, pod warunkiem że Wykonawca udowodni w ofercie, w szczególności za pomocą przedmiotowych środków dowodowych, o których mowa w art. 104-107 ustawy Pzp, że proponowane rozwiązania w równoważnym stopniu spełniają wymagania określone w opisie przedmiotu zamówienia. Wszelkie dokumenty składane na potwierdzenie równoważności muszą jednoznacznie wykazywać spełnienie parametrów, właściwości funkcjonalnych, użytkowych, jakościowych oraz bezpieczeństwa określonych przez Zamawiającego.
