Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa naczyń biodegradowalnych wykonana zgodnie ze wskazanymi przez Zamawiającego wymaganiami zawartymi w „Wymaganiach Eksploatacyjno-Technicznych na zakup naczyń i sztućców biodegradowalnych” (WET) stanowiących Załącznik nr 6 do SWZ oraz zgodnie z zestawieniem zawartym w Rozdziale III "Opis przedmiotu zamówienia" ust. 1 SWZ. 2. Zgodnie z art. 441 ust. 1 ustawy Pzp, Zamawiający przewiduje możliwość skorzystania z „Prawa opcji”, polegającego na możliwości zwiększenia podstawowego zakresu ilościowego przedmiotu zamówienia, określonego co do ilości w tabelach (Rozdział III "Opis przedmiotu zamówienia" ust. 1 SWZ.) - kolumnie nr 4 „Ilość podstawowa”, maksymalnie o ilość wskazane w kolumnie nr 5 „Ilość w opcji”. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa talerzy biodegradowalnych wykonana zgodnie ze wskazanymi przez Zamawiającego wymaganiami zawartymi w „Wymaganiach Eksploatacyjno-Technicznych na zakup naczyń i sztućców biodegradowalnych” (WET) stanowiących Załącznik nr 6 do SWZ, w ilości: Talerz biodegradowalny trójdzielny 230-260 mm / 900 000 szt. (w tym zamówienie podstawowe: 225 000 / zamówienie w opcji: 675 000). Talerz biodegradowalny 150-180 mm / 895 000 szt. (w tym zamówienie podstawowe: 220 000 / zamówienie w opcji: 675 000). Miska biodegradowalna 500-550 ml / 900 000 szt. (w tym zamówienie podstawowe: 225 000 / zamówienie w opcji: 675 000).; Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa kubków biodegradowalnych wykonana zgodnie ze wskazanymi przez Zamawiającego wymaganiami zawartymi w „Wymaganiach Eksploatacyjno-Technicznych na zakup naczyń i sztućców biodegradowalnych” (WET) stanowiących Załącznik nr 6 do SWZ, w ilości: Kubek biodegradowalny do napojów zimnych 300 - 330 ml / 895 000 szt. (w tym zamówienie podstawowe: 91 120 / zamówienie w opcji: 803 880). Kubek biodegradowalny do napojów gorących 300 - 330 ml / 900 000 szt. (w tym zamówienie podstawowe: 225 000 / zamówienie w opcji: 675 000).; Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa sztućców biodegradowalnych wykonana zgodnie ze wskazanymi przez Zamawiającego wymaganiami zawartymi w „Wymaganiach Eksploatacyjno-Technicznych na zakup naczyń i sztućców biodegradowalnych” (WET) stanowiących Załącznik nr 6 do SWZ, w ilości: Nóż biodegradowalny 160-190 mm / 900 000 szt. (w tym zamówienie podstawowe: 225 000 / zamówienie w opcji: 675 000). Widelec biodegradowalny 160 - 190 mm / 900 000 szt. (w tym zamówienie podstawowe: 225 000 / zamówienie w opcji: 675 000). Łyżka biodegradowalna 160-190 mm / 900 000 szt. (w tym zamówienie podstawowe: 225 000 / zamówienie w opcji: 675 000). Łyżeczka biodegradowalna 160-190 mm / 688 288 szt. (w tym zamówienie podstawowe: 20 000 / zamówienie w opcji: 668 288).
