Zamówienie stanowiące przedmiot zamówienia realizowane jest ze środków pochodzących z dotacji Gminy Bełchatów na podstawie umowy 10/2026/BF z dnia 18.03.2026 r. 3. Kod i nazwa według Wspólnego Słownika Zamówień (CPV): 33112200-0 - Aparaty ultrasonograficzne 4. Opis, wielkość i zakres przedmiotu zamówienia: 1) Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia znajduje się w Załączniku nr 7 do SWZ. 2) Pozostałe wymagania dotyczące realizacji zamówienia oraz zasady współpracy między zamawiającym a wykonawcą określają projektowane postanowienia umowy w sprawie zamówienia publicznego, stanowiące Załącznik nr 3 do SWZ. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zakup aparatu USG dla potrzeb Zakładu diagnostyki obrazowej. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia znajduje się w Załączniku nr 7 do SWZ.
