Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa sprzętu medycznego o parametrach technicznych określonych w Załączniku numer 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d, 4e, 4f i 4g do SWZ, zwanym dalej „sprzętem”, wraz z instalacją oraz przeszkoleniem pracowników Zamawiającego. 2. Przedmiot niniejszego zamówienia obejmuje następujące części: Część 1 - Głowica USG (1 sztuka) o parametrach technicznych określonych w Załączniku numer 4a do SWZ; Część 2 - System chłodzenia skóry głowy (1 sztuka) o parametrach technicznych określonych w Załączniku numer 4b do SWZ; Część 3 - Łóżko szpitalne typ 1 (6 sztuk) o parametrach technicznych określonych w Załączniku numer 4c do SWZ; Część 4 - Łóżko szpitalne typ 2 (1 sztuka) o parametrach technicznych określonych w Załączniku numer 4d do SWZ; Część 5 - Wideobronchoskop ultrasonograficzny (2 sztuki) o parametrach technicznych określonych w Załączniku numer 4e do SWZ; Część 6 - Ultrasonograf typ 1 (1 sztuka) o parametrach technicznych określonych w Załączniku numer 4f do SWZ; Część 7 - Ultrasonograf typ 2 (1 sztuka) o parametrach technicznych określonych w Załączniku numer 4g do SWZ; 3.
