1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa sprzętu medycznego o parametrach technicznych określonych w Załączniku numer 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d i 4e do SWZ, zwanym dalej „sprzętem”, wraz z instalacją oraz przeszkoleniem pracowników Zamawiającego. 2. Przedmiot niniejszego zamówienia obejmuje następujące części: Część 1 - Głowica hokejowa śródoperacyjna (1 sztuka) o parametrach technicznych określonych w Załączniku numer 4a do SWZ; Część 2 - Łóżko szpitalne typ 1 (7 sztuk) o parametrach technicznych określonych w Załączniku numer 4b do SWZ; Część 3 - Łóżko szpitalne typ 2 (1 sztuka) o parametrach technicznych określonych w Załączniku numer 4c do SWZ; Część 4 - Respirator dwustrumieniowy (1 sztuka) o parametrach technicznych określonych w Załączniku numer 4d do SWZ; Część 5 - Zestaw pomp infuzyjnych (1 zestaw) o parametrach technicznych określonych w Załączniku numer 4e do SWZ; 3. Wymieniony wyżej sprzęt musi spełniać warunki graniczne określone odpowiednio w Załączniku numer 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d i 4e do SWZ. Niespełnienie chociażby jednego z warunków granicznych określonych odpowiednio w Załączniku numer 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d i 4e do SWZ spowoduje odrzucenie oferty.
