1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa i montaż aparatu RTG w ramach projektu „Program rozwoju świadczeń ambulatoryjnych i opieki jednego dnia w Wielkopolskim Centrum Pulmonologii i Torakochirurgii - Szpital w Poznaniu. Źródła finansowania: budżet środków europejskich na podstawie umowy o dofinansowanie Projektu pt. „Program rozwoju świadczeń ambulatoryjnych i opieki jednego dnia w Wielkopolskim Centrum Pulmonologii i Torakochirurgii im. Eugenii i Janusza Zeylandów” nr FEWP.05.03-IZ.00-0015/24-00 w ramach: Priorytetu 05 „Fundusze europejskie wspierające społeczną infrastrukturę dla Wielkopolan” Działania 05.03 „Infrastruktura ochrony zdrowia” Programu Fundusze Europejskie dla Wielkopolski 2021-2027 Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje dostawę, montaż, uruchomienie aparatu RTG wraz z wyposażeniem dodatkowym oraz przeszkolenie personelu. Szczegółowy opis zamówienia znajduje się w załączniku nr 1 do SWZ. 2. Zamawiający nie dopuszcza możliwości składania ofert częściowych - przedmiot zamówienia ma jednolity, niepodzielny charakter.
