Description

1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa amunicji zwana dalej „towarem” z podziałem na 2 części, określone poniżej: 1.1. Część 1 - dostawa amunicji 5,56x45 z pociskiem antyrykoszetowym, 1.2. Część 2 - dostawa amunicji 12/70. 2. Szczegółowy zakres zamówienia został określony w zał. nr 5 do SWZ - „Szczegółowa oferta cenowa”. 3. Standardy jakościowe zostały przedstawione w zał. nr 6 do SWZ - „Projektowane postanowienia umowy”. 4. Zamawiający dopuszcza możliwość składania ofert częściowych na dowolną liczbę części z uwzględnieniem podziału zakresu zamówienia na 2 części przedstawione w zał. nr 5 do SWZ - „Szczegółowa oferta cenowa”. 5. Towar zostanie odebrany pod względem stanu technicznego, jakości i ukompletowania w miejscu dostawy przez upoważnionych przedstawicieli Zamawiającego. 6. Towar musi spełniać wymagania jakościowe określone w odpowiednich normach oraz musi posiadać wymagane dopuszczenia i atesty zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami. 7. W ramach zamówienia Wykonawca będzie zobowiązany dostarczyć zamówiony towar w asortymencie i ilościach do magazynu Zamawiającego, zgodnie z zał. nr 5 do SWZ - „Szczegółowa oferta cenowa”.
