Description

The scope of work for this package consists of, but is not limited to, designing, manufacturing and delivering complete and fully operational equipment, detailed as: feed water pumps for the Feedwater System (FWS) serving three AP1000 nuclear generating units. The scope of supply is anticipated to include nine (9) feedwater pump packages, arranged as three (3) trains per unit, each rated at 3x33 % capacity. Each feedwater pump package consists of one-stage double suction booster pump, one-stage double suction main feedwater pump, one induction motor, speed increasing gear, couplings, coupling guards, lube oil system, seal system, on skid piping, on-skid instruments required for machine protection and for control of auxiliary systems. Scope of supply includes special tools, testing, documentation, quality assurance, inspection and delivery services. The equipment shall be suitable for installation in the turbine building, designed for long term reliable operation in a nuclear power plant environment, and compliant with applicable European Union regulations, Polish codes, and relevant industry standards. PL: Zakres prac dla tego pakietu obejmuje między innymi projektowanie, produkcję oraz dostawę kompletnego i w pełni funkcjonalnego wyposażenia, obejmującego pompy wody zasilającej dla Układu Wody Zasilającej (Feedwater System, FWS) obsługującego trzy bloki jądrowe AP1000. Przewiduje się, że zakres dostawy będzie obejmował dziewięć (9) pakietów pomp wody zasilającej, skonfigurowanych jako trzy (3) ciągi technologiczne na każdy blok, z których każdy będzie posiadał wydajność równą 3 × 33 %.Każdy pakiet pompy wody zasilającej będzie obejmował jednostopniową dwustrumieniową pompę wspomagającą, jednostopniową dwustrumieniową główną pompę wody zasilającej, silnik indukcyjny, przekładnię zwiększającą prędkość obrotową, sprzęgła, osłony sprzęgieł, układ olejowy, układ uszczelnień, orurowanie zamontowane na zestawie pompowym (skidzie) oraz aparaturę kontrolno-pomiarową zamontowaną na urządzeniach w zestawie, wymaganą do ochrony urządzeń oraz sterowania układami pomocniczymi. Zakres dostawy obejmuje również narzędzia specjalne, badania i testy, dokumentację, zapewnienie jakości, inspekcje oraz usługi związane z dostawą. Urządzenia muszą być przystosowane do instalacji w budynku maszynowni, zaprojektowane do długotrwałej i niezawodnej pracy w środowisku elektrowni jądrowej oraz spełniać wymagania odpowiednich przepisów Unii Europejskiej, polskich norm i regulacji oraz właściwych standardów branżowych.
