Description
The subject matter is the execution of the electrical grid connection for the Permanent Premises in accordance with: a) the Replacement Grid Connection Conditions No. ND\MW\30928\2025 dated 29 April 2026; b) the draft Connection Agreement No. ND\MW\30928\2025-ND-I\MW\00015\2026; c) applicable Polish energy law, construction law, civil law, grid regulations and STOEN Operator’s approved tariff; d) the relevant provisions of the existing Project contract and Variation Request concerning the revised electrical grid connection concept.
