Die Stadt Iserlohn beabsichtigt den Umbau und die umfassende Modernisierung der Gesamtschule Nußberg. Das Schulgebäude umfasst eine Bruttogrundfläche (BGF) von ca. 14.160 m². Ziel der Maßnahme ist es, das Bestandsgebäude an moderne pädagogische Raumkonzepte anzupassen, den baulichen Brandschutz zu aktualisieren und eine tiefgreifende energetische Sanierung zur Erreichung aktueller Klimaschutzstandards durchzuführen. Eine zentrale Herausforderung des Projekts liegt in der logistischen und zeitlichen Umsetzung, da die gesamte Baumaßnahme zwingend bei laufendem Schulbetrieb realisiert werden soll. Um den Lehr- und Lernbetrieb bestmöglich aufrechtzuerhalten und die Beeinträchtigungen für Schülerinnen, Schüler sowie das Lehrpersonal auf ein Minimum zu reduzieren, wird die Realisierung in mehreren aufeinanderfolgenden Bauabschnitten erfolgen. Ziel ist die Erstellung aller baurechtlich geforderten Nachweise und Berechnungen zum Brandschutz, die für die Erteilung der Baugenehmigung des Modernisierungs- und Umbauvorhabens zwingend erforderlich sind.
