Description
Закупівля здійснюється для забезпечення потреб Сил оборони України. Умови постачання товару, розрахунків (оплати) та інші умови, визначені проєктом договору (додається). Умови оплати: післяоплата; протягом 60 (шістдесяти) календарних днів після підписання уповноваженими представниками сторін видаткової накладної. Країною-походження товару не може бути російська федерація/Республіка Білорусь/Ісламська Республіка Іран. Шляхом подання пропозиції учасник підтверджує, що запропонований товар не є товаром, що походить з російської федерації, Республіки Білорусь або Ісламської Республіки Іран, відповідно до постанови Кабінету Міністрів України № 822.
