Постачальник повинен засвідчити якість Товару, що поставляється, належним товаросупровідним документом, який надається Замовнику разом з Товаром. До таких документів належать бухгалтерські документи та документи, що засвідчують якість Товару (висновок санітарно-епідеміологічної експертизи та технічні умови на відповідний вид Товарів, інструкції з експлуатації, гігієнічний висновок, карта технічних даних,сертифікат якості, сертифікат відповідності, гарантійний талон, технічний паспорт тощо) Постачальник власними силами, засобами та за власний рахунок відповідно до умов даного Договору зобов’язується здійснити поставку Товару протягом строку дії даного Договору, але в жодному разі не пізніше 10 робочих днів з моменту отримання від Замовника офіційного листа-заявки щодо поставки відповідної партії Товару. Поставка Товару здійснюється за адресою: 22800, Україна, Вінницька область,Гайсинський р-н, с.Райгород, вул.Миру.41.Примітка: Враховуючи потребу пацієнтів саме у такому асортименті технічними та іншими засобами осіб з інвалідністю ( за висновками МСЕК), дітей з інваліднісьтю (згідно висновків ЛКК), які є жителями РТГ, та внутрішньо переміщених осіб, які перебувають на обліку в управлінні соціальної політики сільської ради , як внутрішньо переміщені особи відповідно до їх індівідуальних програм реабілітації, передбачених Додатком №1 до Порядку забезпечення інвалідів і дітей - інвалідів технічними та іншими засобами ,затвердженим постановою Кабінету Мніністрів України від 03.12.2009 року №1301 (із змінами)
