Tipo di procedura: Co-programmazione e Co-progettazione Avviso pubblico per l'indizione di istruttoria pubblica ai sensi dell'art. 55 del D.lgs. N. 117/2017 SEZIONE A: RETE TORINO SOLIDALE. SEZIONE B: COMPETENZE DIGITALI E CONTRASTO AL DIGITAL DIVIDE - PRIORITÀ 1, MISURA TO1.1.2.2.a, CUP C19G26000450006 - PN METRO PLUS E CITTÀ MEDIE SUD 2021-2027. Con deliberazione della Giunta Comunale n. 497/2026 del 22 settembre 2026, la Città ha approvato le linee di indirizzo per lo sviluppo del progetto "Welfare di prossimità e sviluppo della rete territoriale Torino Solidale", in esito alla prima fase di coprogrammazione ai sensi dell'art. 55 del D.Lgs. n. 117/2017 e del D.M. n. 72/2021, disponendo l'avvio dei percorsi di coprogettazione con gli Enti del Terzo Settore. L'Avviso risulta articolato in due distinte sezioni tra loro complementari: Sezione A - Rete Torino Solidale finalizzata all'accreditamento dei Centri Servizi/Hub di prossimità e alla successiva coprogettazione della rete cittadina Torino Solidale; Sezione B - Competenze digitali e contrasto al digital divide finalizzata alla realizzazione di punti di facilitazione digitale, sviluppo delle competenze digitali di base, accompagnamento ai servizi pubblici digitali e contrasto ai fenomeni di esclusione digitale.
