Обґрунтування технічних та якісних характеристик предмета закупівлі, розміру бюджетного призначення, очікуваної вартості предмета закупівлі відповідно до постанови КМУ від 11.10.2016 № 710 "Про ефективне використання державних коштів": інформація про технічні, якісні та кількісні характеристики предмета закупівлі зазначені у Додатку 2 до тендерної документації; очікувана вартість предмету закупівлі відповідає кошторисним призначенням на 2026 рік та визначена на підставі моніторингу цін проведеного методом порівняння ринкових цін. Закупівля проводиться відповідно до Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" від 25.12.2015 № 922-VIII (зі змінами) та з урахуванням Постанови КМУ №1178 від 12.10.2022 року «Про затвердження особливостей здійснення публічних закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг для замовників, передбачених Законом України “Про публічні закупівлі”, на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану в Україні та протягом 90 днів з дня його припинення або скасування» (зі змінами).
