Предмет на обществената поръчка е: ”Периодична доставка на медицински консумативи по приложена спецификация за нуждите на „МБАЛ - Асеновград” ЕООД”. Обект на поръчката: Обект на настоящата обществена поръчка е доставка на стоки по смисъла на чл. 3, ал. 1, т. 2 от Закона за обществените поръчки. Периодичните доставки на медицински консумативи се извършват по предварителни писмени заявки с цел осигуряване на лечебния процес в „Многопрофилна болница за активно лечение - Асеновград” ЕООД. Медицинските консумативи, предмет на обществената поръчка, са разделени по номенклатурни единици, представени като наименование на изделието и технически характеристики, мярка и приблизително годишно количество в приложената към поканата Техническа спецификация - Приложение № 1. Посочените в Техническата спецификация количества на медицински консумативи са ориентировъчни и не пораждат задължение за Възложителя да ги закупи в пълен обем. Изпълнението на доставките се определя от потребностите на лечебното заведение на база прием на пациенти и финансова обезпеченост. Всеки участник в процедурата за възлагане на обществена поръчка има право да представи само една оферта, независимо от това дали кандидатства за една, няколко или всички номенклатурни единици. Срокът за изпълнение на договора е 24 (двадесет и четири) месеца и започва да тече от датата на неговото сключване.
