Категорія Замовника: Відповідно до п. 3 ч. 4 ст. 2 ЗУ «Про публічні закупівлі». Згідно наявної потреби у закупівлі. Вид закупівлі - відбір постачальника шляхом запиту ціни пропозицій постачальників відповідно до Порядку формування та використання електронного каталогу, затвердженого постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 14 вересня 2020 р. № 822 (з урахуванням Особливостей, передбачених постановою КМУ від 12.10.2022р. №1178). Місцем поставки є адреса Замовника: вул. КИЇВСЬКА, 288, Україна, Вінницька обл., м. Жмеринка, 23100. Доставка товару проводиться Постачальником власним (орендованим за власний рахунок) транспортом або за допомогою послуг транспортних компаній із забезпеченням умов належного транспортування товару. Розвантаження товару здійснюється за рахунок Постачальника. Строк поставки товару протягом 3-5 календарних днів з моменту узгодження відповідної заявки, якщо інше не узгоджено із Замовником, до 31 грудня 2026 року. Розрахунки за отриманий товар здійснюються в безготівковому порядку протягом 15-ти банківських днів з моменту отримання товару.Оплата здійснюється шляхом перерахування Замовником грошових коштів на поточний рахунок Постачальника, що визначений у цьому Договорі за кожну поставлену партію товару, згідно видаткової накладної, до якої додаються документи, які посвідчують якість товару
