Закупівля здійснюється відповідно до вимог Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» (зі змінами) та з урахуванням постанови Кабінету Міністрів України «Про затвердження особливостей здійснення публічних закупівель товарів, робіт і послуг для замовників, передбачених Законом України “Про публічні закупівлі”, на період дії правового режиму воєнного стану в Україні та протягом 90 днів з дня його припинення або скасування» від 12.10.2022 № 1178. Місцезнаходження замовника: 23100, м. Жмеринка, вул. Київська, 288. Єдиним критерієм оцінки є ціна (питома вага критерію - 100 %). Термін поставки до 31.12.2026 , місце поставки- КНП " Жмеринська ЦРЛ", вул. КИЇВСЬКА, 288, Україна, Вінницька обл., м. Жмеринка, 23100. Згідно умов цієї процедури закупівлі тендерною документацією вважається сукупність інформації у вигляді заповнених електронних полів в розділі "Тендерна документація" та прикріпленого текстового документу "ТЕНДЕРНА_ДОКУМЕНТАЦІЯ-3319", що містить всю іншу інформацію, передбачену згідно ст. 22 Закону. До розгляду не приймається тендерна пропозиція, ціна якої є вищою ніж очікувана вартість предмета закупівлі, визначена замовником в оголошенні про проведення цих відкритих торгів. Найменування та технічні характеристики товару зазначено в Додатку 1 до тендерної документації (Інформація про необхідні технічні, якісні та кількісні характеристики предмета закупівлі - технічні та якісні вимоги до предмета закупівлі) та по тексту оголошення.
