Εργασίες αποξήλωσης και επανατοποθέτησης βιομηχανικών σχαρών (γραναδέλες) συνολικής επιφανείας 55m2 σε κτήριο του εργοστασίου στο Λαύριο. Οι εργασίες αφορούν την αποξήλωση υφιστάμενων σχαρών, την μεταφορά και τροποποίηση αυτών και την επανατοποθέτηση σε νέες θέσεις. Εργασίες αντικατάστασης υπάρχοντος μεταλλικού φρεατίου εντός του εργοστασίου της ΕΑΣ Λαυρίου διαστάσεων 7.20m x 4m. Το νέο φρεάτιο θα κατασκευαστεί ακριβώς όπως το υπάρχων, με σκελετό από δοκό ΙΡΕ 100mm και μεταλλική γωνιά 35mm x 4mm. Ενώ τα 12 ανοιγόμενα καπάκια θα κατασκευαστούν από γωνιά 35mm x 4mm και κάλυψη με λαμαρίνα μπακλαβαδωτή. Εργασίες επισκευής και συντήρησης σε 2 υπάρχουσες μεταλλικές τετράφυλλες πόρτες, επισκευή μεντεσέδων και ρύθμιση αυτών. Προέκταση υπάρχουσας περίφραξης κατά 1 m καθ΄ ύψος περιμετρικά του εργοστασίου συνολικού μήκους 200m , από γωνιά 50 x 5 γαλβανιζέ. Αποξήλωση χαμηλής βλάστησης και κλάδεμα δέντρων όπου κρίνεται απαραίτητο, ώστε να μπορέσουν να πραγματοποιηθούν οι παρακάτω εργασίες. Κάλυψη με συρματόπλεγμα πάχους 3mm και τοποθέτηση αγκαθωτού σύρματος (κονσερτίνα).
