Η Δημοτική Επιχείρηση Ύδρευσης Αποχέτευσης Άρδευσης Δήμου Βισαλτίας πρέπει να προβεί σε παροχή υπηρεσιών μίσθωσης μηχανήματος έργων με χειριστή στη Δημοτική Ενότητα Νιγρίτας και των Τοπικών Κοινοτήτων Φλάμπουρου, Θέρμης, Ανθής, Νιγρίτας και Τερπνής. Συγκεκριμένα αφορά την μίσθωση ενός εκσκαφέα τύπου JCB με χειριστή μηχανήματος για την χρησιμοποίηση του από την Τεχνική Υπηρεσία της Δ.Ε.Υ.Α.Β.
