Description

Der RBS beschafft eine moderne, digitale Gesamtlösung zur Bewirtschaftung seiner öffentlichen  P+Rail-Parkplätze (On- und Off-Street) sowie der über 200 Mitarbeitendenparkplätze. Die Lösung  muss eine effiziente, kundenfreundliche und wirtschaftliche Verwaltung aller Parkierungsflächen ermöglichen. Zusätzlich muss die zu beschaffende Lösung auch eine integrierte oder angebundene Lösung für  die Kontrolle der Parkplätze und die Durchsetzung der Parkierungsregelungen umfassen. Die Anbieter sind frei in der Wahl der eingesetzten Kontrolltechnologie und können geeignete Konzepte  und Verfahren vorschlagen. Die vorgeschlagene Lösung muss den gesetzlichen Rahmenbedingungen entsprechen und eine effiziente, wirtschaftliche sowie kundenfreundliche Kontrolle der Parkierungsberechtigungen und Parkgebühren ermöglichen. Dabei sind auch Prozesse für die Nachbearbeitung von Verstössen, das Inkasso von Nachforderungen sowie aussagekräftige Auswertungs- und Reportingmöglichkeiten vorzusehen.
