Le présent marché a pour objet la réalisation des aménagements de surface et de végétation de la première phase de travaux du parc du Delta Vert à Nanterre appelé Liaison des Presles et comprenant : Concernant le lot n°1 : - L'aménagement paysager avec des modelés de terres fertiles dans une logique de valorisation des terres existantes, les plantations associées, des chantiers participatifs et les revêtements des cheminements / de surfaces ; - La garantie de reprise et l'entretien des végétaux pendant 1 ans sur une portion de l'aménagement et 2 ans sur l'autre partie ; Concernant le lot n°2 : - La réalisation d'ouvrages en pierres, support de sensibilisation et de formations à l'attention de stagiaires éloignés de l'emploi ou non ; - La réalisation par le biais d'interventions participatives et/ou d'insertion d'un atelier/lieu de vie de la base vie (réfectoire + atelier + « salle de classe ») qui servira d'espace commun aux différentes entités qui co-réaliseront le projet.
