4.2. Розрахунок за Товар здійснюється Замовником на підставі належним чином оформлених, рахунків та видаткових накладних Постачальника впродовж 30 (тридцяти) календарних днів з моменту отримання Товару. 4.3. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунок за поставлений Товар здійснюється впродовж 20 (двадцяти) календарних днів з моменту надходження коштів, передбачених на дану закупівлю, на рахунок Замовника. 5.1. Постачальник здійснює поставку та передачу Товару Замовнику разом з усіма документами, необхідними для того, щоб прийняти Товар на умовах цього Договору, до 31 серпня 2026 року за кінцевим місцем призначення Харківська область. Товар поставляється протягом 30 (тридцяти) календарних днів після отримання Постачальником заявки Замовника. Конкретна адреса місця поставки товару зазначається в заявці, яка подається в письмовому вигляді, на електронну пошту або іншими доступними каналами зв’язку. Перехід права власності на Товар відбувається в момент підписання Сторонами видаткової накладної.
