Description

Поставка Товару здійснюється протягом 10 (десяти) робочих днів з моменту укладення Договору, однією партією, згідно зі специфікацією до Договору, але не пізніше 10.09.2026 року. .Оплата за Товар здійснюється Покупцем відповідно до частини першої статті 49 Бюджетного кодексу України лише за фактично отриманий Товар протягом 30 (тридцяти) календарних днів на підставі належним чином оформлених документів Продавця (рахунків-фактур, видаткових накладних тощо), за наявності відповідних бюджетних призначень на зазначені цілі, з можливістю відстрочення платежу до кінця бюджетного року без нарахування штрафних санкцій. До ціни Товару повинні бути включені всі витрати Продавця, пов'язані з виконанням цього Договору, зокрема обов'язкові платежі, збори, податки, витрати на страхування та доставку.
