Fuels and lubricants: liquefied petroleum gas (via fuel cards)

A public buyer, the state institution 'Romenska Viopravna Koloniia (No. 56)', awarded a contract for the supply of liquefied petroleum gas, delivered through fuel cards. Under the contract, the supplier transfers ownership of the goods around the clock, except for technical breaks, at filling stations, where vehicles are refuelled when fuel cards are presented. The cards are valid across the supplier's network of stations throughout Ukraine, including in Romny, Sumy region, and their validity period must be at least 3 months. Bidders had to confirm the goods do not originate from Russia, Belarus or Iran. The contract was won by TOV 'BVS RETAIL'. The estimated value was UAH 5,487.50, and the award date was 2026-09-09.
