Відповідальний за технічні питання з закупівлі та укладання договору: Максим Поліщук тел. (068) 302-94-36 Відповідно зі змінами до Порядку формування та використання електронного каталогу затверджених постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 14.01.2026 № 33, Постачальником обов’язково має виконуватися вимога, що країною-походження товару не може бути Російська Федерація/Республіка Білорусь/Ісламська Республіка Іран. Цибуля ріпчаста свіжа (перший сорт) повинна відповідати ДСТУ 3234-95 «Цибуля ріпчаста свіжа. Технічні умови», Закону України «Про основні принципи та вимоги до безпечності та якості харчових продуктів» та іншим вимогам законодавства в сфері обігу харчових продуктів. Цибуля ріпчаста свіжа повинна бути розфасована в сітчасті мішки (сітки). Вага нетто цибулі у мішку (сітці) повинна бути 15-25 кг. У кожній пакувальній одиниці повинна бути цибуля одного ботанічного і товарного сорту. Всі пакувальні матеріали (тара) повинні бути дозволені до використання центральним органом виконавчої влади у сфері охорони здоров’я України, забезпечувати збереження продукції під час транспортування і зберігання.
