Набавка услуга Ревизије Допунског рударског пројекта реконструкције допреме примарно издробљеног угља, отпреме, транспорта и одлагања одбачене јаловине и модификације унутрашњег транспорта постројења за оплемењивање Престанак поступка додјеле Уговора може бити окончан само у оправданим случајевима дефинисаним у члану 69. ЗЈН БиХ, а да при том ЗП Р и ТЕ Гацко А.Д. Гацко не сноси никакве трошкове у поступку јавног надметања. Тендерска документација се може преузети на порталу јавних набавки www.ejn.gov.ba.
