Умови постачання товару: на підставі наданої письмової рознарядки Покупця (на умовах DDP відповідно до вимог правил «ІНКОТЕРМС» у редакції 2020 року). Термін постачання: 31.12.2026 Строк поставки товару: протягом 30 (тридцяти) календарних днів з дати надання рознарядки ПОКУПЦЕМ. Кількість: 2800 шт Рік виготовлення: не раніше 2026 року Місце поставки: м. Львів, м. Дніпро, м. Фастів, м. Харків, м. Одеса Умови оплати: Для платників ПДВ: Оплата за кожну партію поставленого ТОВАРУ за цим Договором проводиться ПОКУПЦЕМ 15 (п’ятнадцятий) календарний день з дати підписання Акта прийому-передачі товару або видаткової накладної за умови реєстрації податкової накладної не пізніше ніж за 3 (три) календарні дні до дати оплати, визначеної цим пунктом, та оформленої згідно з вимогами законодавства України, та відповідно до рахунку-фактури на поставлену партію ТОВАРУ. У випадку якщо податкова накладна зареєстрована пізніше ніж за 3 (три) календарні дні до дати оплати, визначеної цим пунктом, оплата здійснюється на 5 (п’ятий) календарний день з дати реєстрації податкової накладної. Для неплатників ПДВ резидентів України: Оплата за кожну партію поставленого ТОВАРУ за цим Договором проводиться ПОКУПЦЕМ на 15 (п’ятнадцятий) календарний день з дати підписання Акта прийому-передачі товару або видаткової накладної та відповідно до рахунку-фактури на поставлену партію ТОВАРУ. Для нерезидентів України: Оплата за кожну партію поставленого ТОВАРУ за цим Договором проводиться ПОКУПЦЕМ 15 (п’ятнадцятий) календарний день з дати поставки партії ТОВАРУ, відповідно до рахунку-фактури (інвойса) на поставлену партію ТОВАРУ, при наявності документів. Доставка, навантаження, розвантаження та інші витрати здійснюються за рахунок Постачальника за адресою, яку Покупець буде вказувати (-же) у рознарядці.
