Description

Rahmenvereinbarung zur Anmietung für Bewegliche Zieldarstellung 2026/27 (OPTION für 2028-2030); - Offenes Verfahren gem. BVergG 2018 (OSB) (E-Vergabe) Erhöhung des Realismus bei Gefechtsschießen. Ziel dabei ist ein Szenario mittels verschiedenen SimSys durchzuführen und den Fortschritt in der Ausbildung durch eine Auswertung entsprechend zu erfassen, zu bewerten und die Qualität in der Ausbildung so zu steigern. Dabei spielen bewegliche 3-dimensionale Ziele eine entscheidende Rolle, da so realistische Szenarien und auch komplexe Lagen dargestellt werden können (z.B. Annäherung von Inf und Fahrzeugen). Im Rahmen der Erprobungen und der Bearbeitungen hat sich gezeigt, dass die Darstellung von Fahrzeugen einen erheblichen Mehrwert in der Ausbildung bedeutet, da zum einen schnellere Ziele bekämpft werden müssen und auch die entsprechende Zielfläche im Fahrzeug (Motorblock bzw. Fahrer) getroffen werden muss. Zusätzlich können so andere Ziele dynamisch hinter einem Fahrzeug in Deckung gehen und dies als „fahrende Deckung“ nutzen.
