The services are divided into 3 lots: Lot 1 district heating; Lot 2 electricity and telecoms; Lot 3 water and gas. Each lot will be awarded to 3 companies. Candidates may apply for one, several or all lots, and admission to the further procedure is possible per lot. Contracts are only awarded for fully tendered individual lots.
