Das gegenständliche Verfahren beinhaltet die Vergabe der Leistung „Erstellung eines Einreichprojektes“ gemäß Umweltverträglichkeitsprüfungsgesetz idgF für ein vollkonzentriertes Verfahren für die Teilbereiche - Verkehrs- und Streckenplanung inklusive Straßen-, Entwässerungs- und Wasserbauplanung, - Konstruktiver Ingenieurbau, - Hochbau, - BIM-Planung und BIM-Koordination sowie - die Gesamtkoordination des Planungsprozesses und - die Erstellung eines schutzgutbezogenen Fachbeitrages „Oberflächenwasser“ gem. den Anforderungen des UVP-G für das Projekt „Stockerau - Retz; selektiv 2-gleisiger Ausbau“. Zudem beinhaltet das gegenständliche Verfahren jeweils OPTIONAL die Leistungen Generalplanung Infrastruktur für - die Ausschreibungs- und - die Ausführungsplanung.
