Ziel dieses Vergabeverfahrens ist der Abschluss eines Vertrages über die Durchführung von Wartungs- und Be-triebsführungsleistungen für die Installationstechnik - Heizung, Klima, Kälte, Lüftung (HKL) und für die Mess-, Steuer- und Regelungstechnik/ Gebäudeleittechnik (MSR/GLT) für das Amtsgebäude Arltgasse 35, 1160 Wien, des BEV. Ort der Leistungserbringung ist das Bundesamt für Eich- und Vermessungswesen (kurz BEV) in der Arltgasse 35, A-1160 Wien. Die Aufgabenbereiche des BEV erfordern geeignete Laborräume mit entsprechender Laborinfrastruktur und besonderen Anforderungen, die an die Technische Gebäudeausrüstung, insbesondere an die Klimatisierung und hier auch an die Temperatur- und Feuchtekonstanz gestellt werden.
