Description

Zur Abwicklung des gestützten Preises für begünstigte Haushalte gemäß §§ 36ff ElWG soll eine Abwicklungsstelle beauftragt werden. Die Aufgaben der Abwicklungsstelle ergeben sich aus § 40 Abs. 1 ElWG: Dies sind 1. die Prüfung der von den Lieferanten übermittelten Daten bezüglich der bei ihnen für den gestützten Preis angefallenen Kosten, der Verbrauchskontingente der Begünstigten sowie der im Inland je Kalenderjahr abgegebenen Strommenge; 2. der Abgleich der gemäß Z 1 gemeldeten Verbrauchskontingente mit den einmal jährlich von den Netzbetreibern übermittelten Daten; 3. die Berechnung der insgesamt für den gestützten Preis anfallenden Kosten, die anteilige Zuordnung der Kosten an die Lieferanten gemäß dem Verteilungsschlüssel gemäß § 38 Abs. 4 sowie die Ermittlung von Abweichungen zwischen dem jeweils aufzubringenden Kostenanteil und den tatsächlich anfallenden Kosten; 4. die Verrechnung allfälliger Differenzbeträge, die sich aus der Gegenüberstellung gemäß Z 3 ergeben haben und 5. die in Rechnungsstellung an den Bund, sofern gemäß § 38 Abs. 3 Bundesmittel bereitzustellen sind.
