Description

Das Bauvorhaben umfasst die Generalsanierung des gründerzeitlichen Bestandsgebäudes, im Gesamtausmaß von ca. 9.355 M2 BGF (ca. 7.215 M2 NRF), Gutenbergstraße 9, 9020 Klagenfurt zum Sozialpädagogischen Zentrum Kärnten Neu des Landes Kärnten und Umbauten zu elementarpädagogischen Einrichtungen der KABEG im Ausmaß von 13 Gruppen mit kleinräumigen Zubauten im Erdgeschoss. Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung sind konstruktive Stahlbauarbeiten: umfassend das Herstellen und Versetzten von Rahmentragwerken lt. Statik. Aufgrund der Entfernung tragender Innenwände müssen Kompensationsrahmen (Fachwerkträger aus geschweißten Formrohren) mit einem Gewicht von gesamt ca. 40t versetzt werden.
