Description

Die Auftraggeberin beabsichtigt für das Institut für Molekulare Biochemie am Departement Biozentrum der MUI ein Spinning-Disk-Mikroskops gemäß Leistungsbeschreibung zur Durchführung fortschrittlicher Lebendzellmikroskopie im Rahmen eines ERC geförderten Projektes anzuschaffen. Das Mikroskop wird für quantitatives und hochauflösendes Langzeit multipositions und multichannel live-cell imaging benutzt um individuelle Vesikel in Kulturzellen über längere Zeiträume und in verschiedenen Konditionen abbilden zu können. Für diese Anforderung wird ein hochsensitives Mikroskop ausgeschrieben, das es durch minimale Lasertoxizität und minimales Bleichen bzw. stabilen Fokus ermöglicht die Vesikel in den lebenden Zellen über den erforderlichen Zeitraum (>1h) abbilden zu können.
