Die Marktgemeinde Grödig beabsichtigt, eine Liegenschaft durch Veräußerung an einen Bauträger zu vergeben. Auf der Liegenschaft soll dabei nach den Vorgaben der Marktgemeinde ein Wohnbauprojekt entstehen, das leistbares Wohnen vorsieht. Ziel ist die Errichtung von 40-50 geförderten Mietkaufwohnungen mit unterschiedlichen Wohnungsgrößen, die verpflichtend mit Mietkaufoption anzubieten sind.
