Das Bauvorhaben umfasst die Generalsanierung des gründerzeitlichen Bestandsgebäudes, im Gesamtausmaß von ca. 9.355 M2 BGF (ca. 7.215 M2 NRF), Gutenbergstraße 9, 9020 Klagenfurt zum Sozialpädagogischen Zentrum Kärnten Neu des Landes Kärnten und Umbauten zu elementarpädagogischen Einrichtungen der KABEG im Ausmaß von 13 Gruppen mit kleinräumigen Zubauten im Erdgeschoss. Verkleidungen und Verspachtelung der konstruktiven selbsttragenden Stahlfachwerkswand, mit und ohne Brandschutzausführung. Ausführung von Einfach- (ESTW) und Doppelständerwänden (DSTW) mit CW und UW Profilen. Verkleidung und Verspachtelung der Stahlaussteifungsrahmen mit Brandschutzplatten. Innenwandausbau mit Vorsatzschalen und Schachtverkleidungen und zusätzlichen imprägnierten Platten im Sanitärbereich. Bau von Akustiklochdecken im Umfang von ca. 4450 m² (sowohl als Weitspannträgerdeckensystem, als auch abgehängtes Deckensystem) und umlaufender Schattenfuge als Wandanschluss im Umfang von ca. 4308 m².
