Zur Sicherstellung einer flächendeckenden CO2-armen Wärmeversorgung und um den Anteil an Fernwärme aus erneuerbaren Energieträgen im Wärmeverbund Innsbruck zu erhöhen, plant die TIWAG-Next Energy Solutions GmbH, ein Unternehmen der TIWAG-Gruppe, die Errichtung eines Biomasse-Heizwerks inklusive Hacker- und Hackgutförderanlage sowie eines dreigeschoßigen Bürogebäudes. Der Leistungsumfang beinhaltet folgende Arbeiten: Im Kesselhausnebengebäude ist eine Mittelspannungsschaltanlage, zwei Trafostationen mit 1.250 kVA, ein Notstromaggregat mit 250 kVA, eine Niederspannungshauptverteilung 400 V und eine USV-Anlage mit 128 A sowie 20 kVA-Batterie zu liefern und montieren. Am Dach und an der Fassade ist eine PV-Anlage mit Gesamt 333 kWp zu installieren. Weiters ist die gesamte Elektro- und Sicherheitstechnik für das Kesselhaus und das Bürogebäude sowie die Verkabelung der Anlagen vom Auftragnehmer auszuführen.
