Rahmenvereinbarung über ein Retrofit der Lokomotiven der Baureihe 2016 mit Ländererweiterung Beschreibung des Leistungsgegenstands „Retrofit BR 2016“ ist die Überführung der Bestandszulassung in das 4. Eisenbahnpaket mit einem Eintrag im European Register of Authorised Types of Vehicles (ERATV) der Lokomotiven der Baureihe 2016 (BR 2016) des ÖBB-Konzerns, und die Lösung von obsoleten Bauteilen der Lokomotiven der Baureihe 2016 (BR 2016), des ÖBB-Konzerns und die Entwicklung, Herstellung, eisenbahnrechtliche Genehmigung bzw. Zulassung, Lieferung, Einbau und Inbetriebsetzung des Zugsicherungssystems ETCS in die Lokomotiven der Baureihe 2016 (BR 2016) des ÖBB-Konzerns. Der Leistungsgegenstand „Retrofit BR 2016“ ist durch den zukünftigen Rahmenvereinbarungspartner als Auftragnehmer in dessen persönlicher Verantwortung im Wege von Abruf-Verträgen (Lieferverträgen) aus der Rahmenvereinbarung zu erbringen. Der Leistungsgegenstand gliedert sich in folgende Teilleistungen, die vom Auftragnehmer an bzw. im Zusammenhang mit den Lokomotiven der Baureihe 2016 (BR 2016) des ÖBB-Konzerns zu erbringen sind: - Generalunternehmerschaft und damit Tragung der Gesamtverantwortung für die zu erbringenden Leistungen sowie die Erreichung des Leistungsziels durch den Auftragnehmer. - Materialbeschaffung: Sämtliches Material, das für den Leistungsgegenstand erforderlich ist, ist vom Auftragnehmer zu beschaffen. - Durchführung des Einbaus und der Inbetriebsetzung des Zugsicherungssystems ETCS durch den Auftragnehmer. - Erstellung einer umfassenden Dokumentation zum Leistungsgegenstand durch den Auftragnehmer (insbesondere zum Umbau). - Die Erlangung der eisenbahnrechtlichen Genehmigungen bzw. Zulassungen für die umgebauten Lokomotiven. - Lieferung und Inbetriebsetzung der umgebauten / ausgerüsteten Lokomotiven.
