Description

Die Auftraggeberin beabsichtigt für die Kunststandorte Fremddienstleistende heranzuziehen, die die AG im Bereich Museumsaufsicht, Kassadienst sowie Sicherheitsdienst unterstützen. Der ausgeschriebene Leistungsgegenstand ist in zwei Lose aufgeteilt. Die Auftraggeberin plant das hauseigene Personal ihrer Kunststandorte im Bereich Museumsaufsicht sowie Kassadienst um Fremdpersonal ergänzt werden. Es soll für diese Bereiche ein Dienstleistungsvertrag mit der*dem AN abgeschlossen werden.; Leistungsgegenstand des zweiten Loses sind Leistungen im Zusammenhang mit Bewachungsperso-nalleasing nach Absprache und unter Aufsicht der Auftraggeberin. Beim ausgeschriebenen Leistungs-gegenstand handelt es sich um besondere Dienstleistungsaufträge gemäß § 151 BVergG 2018, Anhang XVI, L. Dienstleistungen von Detekteien und Sicherheitsdiensten mit dem CPV-Code 79710000-4 „Dienstleistungen von Sicherheitsdiensten“.
