Das gegenständliche Verfahren beinhaltet die Vergabe der Dienstleistung „Erstellung eines Einreichprojektes“ (gem. UVP-G und EisbG) idgF für ein vollkonzentriertes Verfahren für die Teilbereiche: Verkehrs- und Streckenplanung inkl. Straßen-, Entwässerungs- und Wasserbauplanung, Konstruktiver Ingenieurbau, Hochbau (inkl. HKLS), Raum-Umwelt, BIM-Planung und BIM-Koordination, Gesamtkoordination des Planungsprozesses für das Projekt „Herzogenburg - St. Pölten“, optional die Leistung „Detailprojekt“ inkl. Unterlagen für die Betriebsbewilligung. Die gegenständliche Vergabe beinhaltet auch die Leistungen der BIM-Koordination.
