Ausschreibungsgegenständlich ist ein Werkvertrag über die Erbringung von Planungsleistungen für den Bau der notwendigen Infrastruktur für ein O-Bus-System in Innsbruck (Planungsbereich: „Fahrleitungsbau für O-Busse bzw Straßenbahnanlagen“). Die folgenden Leistungsphasen sollen vom Auftragnehmer verantwortet werden: (i) Grundlagenermittlung/Grundlagenanalyse, (ii) Vorentwurfsplanung, Entwurfsplanung, (iii) Einreich- bzw Genehmigungsplanung, (iv) Ausführungsplanung inkl Erstellung von Leistungsverzeichnissen für alle erforderlichen Bauausschreibungen sowie (v) Begleitung der Ausführung.Zur Vertragsdauer: Der Werkvertrag soll auf bestimmte Dauer abgeschlossen werden, nämlich bis zur Inbetriebnahme des O-Bus-Systems bzw bis zum operativen Betrieb der O-Busse.
