Description

Im Rahmen eines Neubauprojektes soll ein 4-gruppiger Kindergarten in der Marktgemeinde Grosskrut geschaffen werden. Im Leistungsumfang sind sämtliche Generalplanungsleistungen die zum Gelingen des Projektes erforderlich sind enthalten. Optional können auch die zugehörigen Örtlichen (Fach)Bauaufsichtsleistungen abgerufen werden, ohne dass dafür jedoch eine Verpflichtung besteht. Der Leistungsumfang der zu beauftragenden Generalplaner:in orientiert sich dabei grundsätzlich an den von der Bundeskammer der ZiviltechnikerInnen empfohlenen einschlägigen Leistungsmodellen 2023 der Technischen Universität Graz.
