Description

Die Wien 3420 Umwelt und Baulog GmbH (Auftraggeber) hat mit 14.8.2026 eine Rahmenvereinbarung betreffend Leistungen zur Überwachung und Sicherstellung der Auswirkungen der Bauvorhaben in der Seestadt Aspern auf die Grundwasserqualität sowie die Einhaltung der festgelegten Umweltstandards abgeschlossen. Wie in den Ausschreibungsunterlagen des der Rahmenvereinbarung zugrundeliegenden Vergabeverfahrens angekündigt, werden mit Abschluss der Rahmenvereinbarung die erforderlichen Leistungen der Grundwasserbeweissicherung für ein Vertragsjahr abgerufen („Erstabruf“). Gegenständliche Bekanntgabe betrifft daher die Beauftragung (Zuschlagserteilung) für diesen Erstabruf auf Grundlage der abgeschlossenen Rahmenvereinbarung.
