Description

Die Sport- und Kongresszentrum Seefeld Tirol GmbH beabsichtigt, auf die Liegenschaft zugeschnittene Vorschläge für verbrauchsseitigen Einsparmaßnahmen sowie Energieerzeugungsmaßnahmen für alle Medien (Strom, Wärme, Kälte ...), im Rahmen eines Energieeinsparcontractings. Die Effizienzmaßnahmen in den Bereichen Gebäudetechnik, Anlagentechnik, Nutzermotivation, CO2- Reduktion werden im Rahmen eines Ideenwettbewerbs eingeholt. In jedem Fall ist die Umsetzung von kompletten Einsparmaßnahmen inkl. aller dazu erforderlichen Gewerke und Nebenarbeiten gewünscht. Gegenstand des Loses ist die Durchführung eines Energieeinsparcontractings für das Sport- und Kongresszentrum. Der Auftragnehmer übernimmt die Planung, Finanzierung, Umsetzung, Inbetriebnahme und Optimierung von Maßnahmen zur Steigerung der Energieeffizienz und zur Reduktion des Energieverbrauchs sowie der Energiekosten. Die Leistungen umfassen insbesondere die Analyse und Optimierung der bestehenden energietechnischen Anlagen und Verbräuche, die Planung und Umsetzung geeigneter Energieeffizienz- und Einsparmaßnahmen, erforderliche Investitionen und technische Anpassungen, die Inbetriebnahme, Überwachung und Optimierung der umgesetzten Maßnahmen.
