Description

Leistungsumfang der gegenständlichen Dienstleistung ist die Instandhaltung der elektrotechnischen und maschinellen Einrichtungen des Tunnel Kirchdorf, Tunnel Kaltenbach und des Tunnel Mixnitz. Die Instandhaltung umfasst die regelmäßige Wartung und Inspektion (W&I) der Anlagenteile sowie die Instandsetzung bei Störungen (auch Mängel und Schäden) auf Anforderung des Auftraggebers oder selbständig durch den AN. Die Arbeiten dienen der Sicherstellung der Funktionstüchtigkeit (gemäß Verfügbarkeitsverpflichtung) und Betriebssicherheit der Anlagen sowie zur entsprechenden Erhaltung von Wert und Substanz. Die Nichterreichung der Verfügbarkeitszielwerte begründet jedenfalls einen wesentlichen Mangel.
