Description

Gegenstand des Vergabeverfahrens war der Abschluss eines Rahmenvertrags zur Beschaffung eines digitalen Tools, das in Österreich anerkannte Ausweise (insb Personalausweis, Reisepass, Führerschein usw) und offizielle Dokumente und Urkunden (insb Aufenthaltstitel usw) automatisiert verarbeiten, diese auf Gültigkeit überprüfen und die darauf vorhandenen Daten zur Weiterverarbeitung extrahieren kann. Dieses System soll im Rahmen eines digitalen Identifikations- und Überprüfungsprozesses eingesetzt werden, um die rechtlichen Voraussetzungen für Anfragen auf Behördensysteme zu erfüllen. Gegenstand des Vergabeverfahrens war der Abschluss eines Rahmenvertrags zur Beschaffung eines digitalen Tools, das in Österreich anerkannte Ausweise (insb Personalausweis, Reisepass, Führerschein usw) und offizielle Dokumente und Urkunden (insb Aufenthaltstitel, usw) automatisiert verarbeiten, diese auf Gültigkeit überprüfen und die darauf vorhandenen Daten zur Weiterverarbeitung extrahieren kann. Dieses System soll im Rahmen eines digitalen Identifikations- und Überprüfungsprozesses eingesetzt werden, um die rechtlichen Voraussetzungen für Anfragen auf Behördensysteme zu erfüllen (im Folgenden: das „Ident-Tool“). Vom zukünftigen AN werden insbesondere folgende Leistungen zu erbringen sein: a) Bereitstellung (dh Lieferung/Installation, Implementierung, Konfiguration/Customizing, Inbetriebnahme und Betrieb) des Ident-Tools, b) Schulung und Support: Schulungen für Nutzer sowie fortlaufende technische Unterstützung, c) Wartung: Regelmäßige Aktualisierung und Instandhaltung des Ident-Tools zur Sicherstellung dauerhafter Leistung und Zuverlässigkeit, d) Unterstützung und Beratung (optional): Unterstützungs-, Customizing- und Beratungsleistungen im Rahmen der Evaluierung und Integration bei Bedarf.
