Description

Gegenstand der Ausschreibung der Oberösterreichischen Gesundheitsholding GmbH und der Kepler Universitätsklinikum GmbH ist die Lieferung eines Point-of-Care-Testing (POCT) Systems zur Messung der Blutzucker-Konzentration des Menschen. Das POCT-System muss CE-markiert sein (d. h. IVDR). Das POCT-System zur Messung der Blutzucker-Konzentration soll in allen 8 Krankenhäusern (5 Krankenanstalten) der Oberösterreichischen Gesundheitsholding GmbH und das Kepler Universitätsklinikum GmbH zum Einsatz kommen. Optional wird auch die Landespflege- und Betreuungszentren GmbH mitberücksichtigt. Der angebotene Betrag muss alle im Ausschreibungsgegenstand genannten Positionen umfassen: • professionelle und für den Einsatz im Krankenhaus vorgesehene Blutzuckermessgeräte; • Teststreifen; • POCT-Verwaltungssoftware („Middleware“) für ein zentrales Datenmanagement; • interne QualitätskontrollenPro Jahr sind gesamt ca. 486.000 Blutzuckermessungen zu erwarten. Blutzuckermessungen werden an 365 Tagen im Jahr rund um die Uhr durchgeführt. Der vom Bieter angebotene Preis muss ausschließlich auf die Teststreifen bezogen werden. Alle zusätzlichen Bestandteile des POCT-Systems (d. h. die Blutzuckermessgeräte, die Software für ein zentrales Datenmanagement und die Qualitätskontrollen) müssen vom AN geliefert und instandgehalten werden, ohne dass dadurch zusätzliche Kosten für den AG entstehen. Der Bieter hat für alle Standorte POCT-Systeme des selben Herstellers und Typs anzubieten (unterschiedliche Gerätetypen an den Standorten sind nicht erlaubt).Ziel ist die vollständige Umsetzung der Leistungen für alle Standorte, einschließlich des Kepler Universitätsklinikums, bis spätestens 31.12.2027, wie folgt: Gmunden, Bad Ischl, Schärding, Vöcklabruck, Kirchdorf, Steyr, Freistadt, Rohrbach, Kepler Universitätsklinikum (MC3, MC4, NMC). Sofern zur Abarbeitung der geforderten Parameter ein zusätzliches Gerät bzw. System erforderlich ist, muss dieses mit angeboten werden.
